The max range here is about 15 yards. You can shoot bowling pins or regular targets on this range. A chipmonk lives in a nest near the base of the tree. He never complains about the noise but will bitch about it if he wants to cross the range to the woods 180 degrees from this shot. He is not gun shy but hates a camera.
